Capital Growth Potential

The Valle Romano project will enhance an area of Estepona which has become extremely attractive following the completion of the Marbella –Gibraltar section of the “autopista”. There is in fact a junction off this road that will drop straight into The Village.

The whole area is developing rapidly and within 2 years will be unrecognisable from today. A Marina development at Estepona is now complete and the on site golf course will be finished within 12 months. We expect that property prices at The Village will enjoy upward momentum during the build process as they will be increasingly influenced by the highly developed and commercialised areas around Marbella and Puerto Banus, just twenty minutes away. Prices there are 60-80% higher per square metre and we believe The Village is too close and too high quality to continue to sustain that level of price differential.
