TIVOLI WORLD THEME PARK
The Park is designed for adults as well as children and is one of the oldest established on the coast. The park has wonderful gardens, fountains and walkways as well as many fair rides, a theatre which provides a wide choice of music, international events, ballet, children’s shows and comedy. In the ‘Andalucia Square’ you can experience the colour and sounds of flamenco with several different shows every night and in the ‘Western Square’ you will find an authentic reproduction of a western town where western and comedy shows are free Located in Arroyo De La Miel which is part of Benalmadena on the Costa Del Sol. Entrance fee: Eur 6.00 giving you access to the gardens, numerous bars and restaurants. The ‘Supertivolino’ gives you unlimited access to more than 30 rides, some rides have age and height restrictions for safety reasons.

SELWO ANIMAL PARK
Selwo is a fascinating adventure in contact with nature. A unique offering it is part Zoo, part Safari Park and part Adventure Park. It covers 100 hectares and is home to more than 2000 animals from the five continents. These include: Lion, Bengal Tiger, Anaconda, Bats, Bison, Buffalo, Bears, White Lion, Indian Elephant, Giraffe, Zebra, Antelope, Camel, Oryx and Yak as well as a host of monkeys and bird life. The animal’s live in liberty recreating the animals´ natural habitat, some are endangered species. You are able to see them by foot or in the open areas of parkland by jeep. For those more adventurous there are a selection of physical activities to enjoy, from camel rides and trekking to rope slides. Care and attention has been paid to the amenities/services present. There is a cafeteria, restaurant, ice-cream parlour, shops and fast food station. Best reached by the N340 coastal road (km 162.5) between Estepona and San Pedro De Alcantara, well sign posted.

SELWO MARINA
Another innovative project from the Selwo Parks Company combining a dolphinarium, penguinarium with as close a proximity to arctic conditions as possible, sea lion and parrot displays. A superb attraction for children and the family. The displays are very well presented and entertaining taking place in beautiful large pools offering tiered seating with great visibility above and below the water. An open-air theatre provides the arena for children’s theatre and displays with exotic birds such as Macaws and Cocatoos. The marina now offers the opportunity to swim with their friendly sea lions at the cost of Eur 49 per person. An imaginatively designed children’s play area complete with underground slides, tunnels and caves and of course a choice of shops and restaurants. Best reached via the A-7 motorway taking the exit to Benalmadena-Arroyo De La Miel

CAMELOT PARK
Children’s indoor playground and arcade, a good place for days when the weather is too hot or not quite warm enough and an alternative to the beach. A variety of different climbing areas and inflatable slides designed for children between ages 5-12. A dance floor and small stage for party games and group activities. Other areas contain a range of arcade games and billiard tables as well as six bowling lanes. Large cafeteria and bar area serving drinks and snacks. Located in the shopping area at Marina Banus, opposite El Corte Ingles.

DOLPHIN & WHALE WATCHING
Being only 13 miles wide at their narrowest point, the Bay and Straits of Gibraltar have a high concentration and continual passage of Whales and Dolphins passing between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic . The town of Tarifa hosts various companies which organise whale and dolphin watch daily 2-3 hour boat excursions. Firm is a Swiss foundation that dedicates its work to the research and conservation of marine animals especially whales and dolphins. Combine your trip with a wander around the old historic centre of Tarifa or check out the fantastic beaches. There is no shortage of bars and restaurants offering a wide range of international food and some great tapas bars. A highly recommended educational, cultural and fun day out for the family.

AQUA PARK—MIJAS
Family friendly water park offering everything for a full day of sun and exciting water adventures. Attractions include: Adventure River, Body Ski, Labrynth Slides, wild River, Kamikaze Slides, Wave Pool, Kids Play-Area, Lizards Island, Blue Lake & Jacuzzi. There is also Mini-Golf Rock-climbing and a games arcade. Picnic areas for if you would like to bring your own food. Alternatively there is a bar and restaurant facility. Located on the Fuengirola bypass 20-25 minutes by car from Marbella.

WATERSPORTS—GUADALPIN HOLLYWOOD SPORTS
Parasailing, jet ski’s, hydro jet’s and yacht charters are a few examples of the variety of water sport’s available right on the beach at the Gran Hotel Guadalpin.

SEA LIFE AQUARIUM—BENALMADINA MARINA
A unique and magical marine experience where you can meet more than 5000 creatures including species from the Atlantic, Mediterranean, Indian and Pacific oceans and even the Red Sea. A fascinating voyage of discovery for the whole family featuring a glass tunnel where you see sharks and stingrays swimming above you. Over 30 tanks in 9 different rooms, you see creatures living in a reproduced natural habitat from above, below and alongside. You see starfish, turtles, moray eels, tropical fish, sea horses, jellyfish, octopuses and much more.
Sick and injured sea creatures are nursed back to health, special presentations, exhibitions and other entertainment as well as a terrace bar with excellent views of the port.
